The book
The book is a digital PDF. You buy it on Gumroad, which processes the payment and emails you a download link right after checkout. Nothing is mailed. Prices are in US dollars; depending on where you live, Gumroad may add sales tax or VAT at checkout.
Your copy
Your purchase gives you a personal license: read the book on any of your devices and print pages for yourself and your household as often as you like. Please don’t resell the book, upload it or share it publicly.
